At spring of 2000,the Huayi Peony Group
invited the professor Ye Wenhu,the director of the Center of Sustainable
Development of the Qinhua University, to come to Luoyang to make a
long-term project foe the Group. And worked out the sustainable target
for the Huayi Peony Group.Also they looked forward to the splendid
future of the Group.
At the beginning of April 2000 the Huayi Group
called a meeting, the chief leaders of city government attended and
made a speech.. The meeting¡¯s topic is ¡° Enforced the Industrialization
of Luoyang peony and the ritual of the establishment of the Huayi
Peony Group¡±. The journalist of China Peasant Daily came from Beijing
made a speech to celebrate.
At April 2000, Zhangdeixiu, the director of
China Peasant Daily, came to luoyang to make an investigation, and
came to the Group to guide our work and to make a blueprint for Huayi¡¯s
development.
At June 2000, director Liji with the chief
engineer Wanggaochao went to Beijing to prod the news internal reference
which named ¡°urgently requiring to solve the crisis which the Luoyang
peony industrialization meets with ¡± on China Peasant Daily, also
it was reported to the leaders of state. Jiangchunyun and Tianjiyun,
the vice-director of the People¡¯s Delegated Conference and other state
leaders made a special directive. The provincial chairman and governor
also made a special directive and demanded to establish an investigation
group from Luoyang city government, Henan branch of the Agriculture
Bank of China and Henan provincial government. Furthmore, the result
should be reported to ministries and leaders concerned of the state
and province.
At July 26. 2000, the Huayi Peony Group organized
the Western Ecology Investigation Organization with the Beijing University.
We investigated six provinces at western China. It cost two months
to do it. And this established the fundamental to western development
for the Huayi Peony Group.
At the end of 2000,as the gift the Huayi Peony
Group planted peony tree freely in Qinghua University to celebrate
the anniversary . And this colored the anniversary of the University.
The Huayi Peony Group¡¯s cooperative partner---the
general manager of Hongda Gardening Co. Ltd visited Luoyang with his
group.
At June 2000 professors from The chikuba University
of Japan and Beijing University investigated in the high-tech district
of the Huayi Group.
At November 2000 the leader of Luoyang city
government inspected the agricultural science and technology district
of the Huayi Group.
At April 2001 the Huayi Group established
good relationship with Henan Agricultural and Economy College. The
Group and the College will create splendid future together.The practice
base of the College was set up at the Huayi¡¯s science and technology
district. They will enroll peony class students altogether.
At December 2001 at the town of Xindian of
Luoyang city , The Huayi Group¡¯s green channel planting project was
regarded as the model in Luoyang. The leader concerned from county
and district of Luoyang viewed and emulated at scene.
At March 2002 the Huayi Group organized the
Second Making-green Plan at Longmen Mountain, the leaders concerned
of the city government attended voluntary planting.
At March 2002 Zhou zongliang,the vice-mayor
of the city government, visited and made some guidance for the Huayi
Group.
